Abhijit Pundari, the prime accused of TMC MLA Satyajit Biswas murder case arrested from West Midnapore

Sting Newz Service: Abhijit Pundari, the prime accused of Trinamool Congress MLA Satyajit Biswas murder case was arrested from Radha Mohanpur area under Debra police station in West Midnapore by Nadia police, calimed Nadia police super Rupesh Kumar.
He said, “Nadia police arrested Abhijit Pundari from Radha Mohanpur area under Debra police station in West Midnapore. The case no. is 56/19, Hanskhali PS.”
Police sources said, Abhijit Pundari was in a hide out in one of his relative’s home at Radha Mohanpur area under Debra police station in West Midnapore. After the incident, Abhijit went absconding. TMC leaderships claimed that he was a BJP worker. But BJP refuted that allegation. BJP leaderships said, he has no connection with BJP party.
Sofar 5 persons including 4 FIR accused were arrested in Trinamool Congres MLA Satyajit Biswas murder case. They are Kartik Mondal, Sujit Mondal , Kalipada Biswas, Nirmal Ghosh and , Abhijit Pundari.
While he was sitting in front of the stage of a Saraswati Puja pandel and enjoying cultural programme, a miscreant shot dead MLA, Kishanganj, Satyajit Biswas (42) from a public gathering from close range. It hit his ear. He fell down on ground. The miscreant fled away from the spot. MLA was rushed to Shaktinagar hospital and declared brought dead. It happened at Phulbari area under Hanskhali police station in Nadia at around 8:15 p.m. on 9th February.
After the incident, Nadia police suspended Hanskhali OC Anindya Bose and the body guard of MLA Prabhas Mondal.
The deceased MLA Satyajit Biswas is just 42 years old. He get married during demonetization. He has wife named Rupali and his one year and five months old son named Soumajit. Satyajit has two brothers. His was died many years back, but his mother is alive. Satyajit Biswas was two times MLA of Krishnaganj Assembly Constituency in Nadia.
